Beyond the Horizon
The war has taken a heavy economic and employment toll on those who stood on the front lines. Many reservists have lost their jobs or seen their businesses severely damaged due to prolonged absences, while wounded soldiers face complex rehabilitation processes that make it difficult to return to their previous career paths. This reality calls for the creation of a new and more flexible horizon. There is an urgent need to equip these reservists and wounded individuals with practical tools for entrepreneurship and business development, enabling them to regain control, achieve financial independence, and transform crisis into an opportunity for personal and professional growth.
A structured group process based on peer learning, providing tools, knowledge, and long-term support through experienced professionals and business advisors to ensure an optimal process for establishing a business.
