The Independence Journey
Partners of wounded soldiers who owned businesses or worked as self-employed professionals were unable, during the demanding rehabilitation period, to revive or maintain their business activity as a direct result of the war and their partners’ injuries.
To create a space in which wives of wounded soldiers participating in the program can step away from the demanding routine, pause, breathe, and reconnect with inner motivation and inspiration, so they can return stronger, more focused, and sharper in their professional work. The group process also enables mutual learning, personal and professional connections, and shared growth, supporting the revitalization of existing businesses or the creation of new ones.
The program is structured in three stages. It begins with an opening session in Israel focused on personal and professional introductions among the participants and preparation for the journey ahead. The second stage is an eight-day intensive professional journey abroad, serving as an accelerator that includes advanced content delivered by leading entrepreneurs and professionals. The program covers topics such as AI tools and automation, time management and productivity, business marketing, and storytelling, alongside a personalized mentoring process for each participant. The experience abroad creates a dedicated space that allows the women to step away from their daily routines and fully immerse themselves in the process. The final stage is a closing session in Israel held one month after the journey, during which each participant shares her progress since the program and receives additional encouragement and support from the group and the facilitators.
The program combines high-level professional business content with a deep understanding of the life circumstances and complexities faced by wives of wounded soldiers. It offers personalized guidance and support for each participant, tailored to her individual business and personal situation, along with a retreat setting that allows participants to disconnect from daily life and fully focus on the content and the process.
